Outfit today: 27-7-2011
It's finally sunny in the Netherlands. It rained day after day.
This photo was taken at my parents garden. They have renovated the garden and it looks great now. The colors they have chosen (or should I say my mother has chosen) are gray, white, purple and pink.

Italiaanse kip-pasta salade
This is what I cooked today and it was delicious. I recommend this recipe from http://www.smulweb.nl/community/recepten-van/?pagina=marjaerich&type=recepten
Italiaanse Dressing:
2,5 dl olijfolie
0,6 dl azijn
2 el. fijngesneden ui
1 tl. zout
1 tl. suiker
1 tl. mosterpoeder
1 tl. gedroogde basilicum
1/2 tl. gedroogde oregano
1/4 tl. peper
2 teentjes knoflook, gepers
Meng alle ingredienten, makkelijk met bijvoorbeeld een keukenmachine.
Koel tenminste 2 uur in de koelkast. Schudden voor het serveren.
Bon appetit!
